A few days ago, ATC’s Innovation lab team successfully hosted the project’s kick off meeting in Athens, Greece.
During their first “face-to-face” gathering, the team members had the chance to establish a common understanding of the project’s objectives, goals, scope, timeline, and resources and of course, get to know each other and understand each other’s roles and responsibilities.
Issues that were discussed during the meeting included a brief overview of the project’s objectives, goals, scope, timeline, and resources, alongside with a review of the project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. This helped everyone get on the same page, by providing the project’s structure and the importance of their role in it. Furthermore, the roles and responsibilities of each team member were also outlined, allowing participants to understand their specific responsibilities and how they contribute to the project’s success.
Overall, the kick-off meeting sets the tone for the project and helps ensure that everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction.
